I quite liked it, but I'm very confused why Alice Hoffman hasn't sued this woman for intellectual property theft. Calling the books "similar" to
Practical Magic doesn't convey just how many unusual similarities there were. I would like to try the author's other works, but I'm a little worried that it won't be as good without a crutch for the author to lean on for ideas.
